Terms of Service
About these terms
These terms govern your use of hyperaxis.co.uk and any pre-launch interaction with the Hyperaxis design-partner programme. The Hyperaxis product itself, once you become a paying customer, is governed by a separate Master Subscription Agreement and Data Processing Addendum that we will provide before any production use.
Hyperaxis is a product of Aperintel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17250572). Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA.
Use of the website
You may view, read, and reference the material on this site for personal or organisational evaluation purposes. You may not scrape the site to train models, copy substantial portions of the copy into competing products, or attempt to circumvent the site's security controls.
The dashboard mockup, audit-chain animation, and other interactive elements on the landing page are illustrative only. They depict the Hyperaxis product behaviour against synthetic data; they are not a live product instance and create no obligation on us.
Design-partner programme
If you contact us through the design-partner enquiry route, the conversation is initially governed by good-faith confidentiality. Any specific commitments (price, scope, timeline, deliverables, data handling, support) are made only in a written Letter of Intent or Master Subscription Agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to contract.
Intellectual property
All material on this site (copy, images, the Hyperaxis lockup, the dashboard mockup, the Accountability Architecture Series papers) is owned by Aperintel or licensed for our use, except where attributed otherwise. The Hyperaxis name and lockup are trademarks of Aperintel. Third-party trademarks shown on this site (regulation acronyms, model providers, frameworks) are the property of their respective owners; their display is for factual identification only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership unless explicitly stated.
Open source
Nexuscone, the cryptographic substrate beneath Hyperaxis, is open source under the Apache License 2.0. Source: github.com/aperintel/nexuscone. The Apache 2.0 licence governs use of Nexuscone independently of these Hyperaxis terms.
No warranties on the public site
This landing page and the documentation it links to are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no promise that the content is complete, up to date, or free of errors, and we may change it without notice. Pre-launch product claims (Phase 6 dashboard, Phase 9 regulator-pack export, the Accountability Architecture Series paper deposits, the EU AI Act Article 12 enforcement window, and similar) describe what we are building, not what is in production today; details may change as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
Within the limits permitted by UK law, our total liability to you for any matter arising out of your use of this website is capped at one hundred pounds sterling (£100). We exclude liability for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, and loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Linking and embedding
You may link to this site from another site provided the link is honest and does not imply a relationship that does not exist. You may not frame, embed, or otherwise display the site in a way that misrepresents it as your own.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to them or to your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is the one published here.
